Bugra has over 15 years across property and design, including more than a decade as a senior consultant and director in Turkey's luxury real estate sector. At AYG Property he manages UK residential and commercial sales for overseas buyers, with a particular focus on Turkish investors. He is also the founder of Bera Design and a director of Bera Project Property Consultancy.

Burcu advises on residential and investment property across London and the UK, working closely with clients buying from Turkey or relocating to the UK. She began her career at global assurance body DNV in client relations, marketing and international operations, and later worked as an educator. She supports clients through project selection, mortgage, legal work and completion.

Born in Eskişehir, İrem studied at TED Eskişehir College before completing a degree in International Relations at Atılım University. Throughout her studies she spent several periods in the United Kingdom on language courses, developing the international outlook and communication skills she brings to her work today.
