He is also the founder of ATOG Group and City Nest Accommodation, and runs his own development and specialist fit-out firm — giving investors a genuinely turnkey route into the UK market.

Bugra has over 15 years across property and design, including more than a decade as a senior consultant and director in Turkey's luxury real estate sector. At AYG Property he manages UK residential and commercial sales for overseas buyers, with a particular focus on Turkish investors. He is also the founder of Bera Design and a director of Bera Project Property Consultancy.
Property Consultant
Burcu advises on residential and investment property across London and the UK, working closely with clients buying from Turkey or relocating to the UK. She began her career at global assurance body DNV in client relations, marketing and international operations, and later worked as an educator. She supports clients through project selection, mortgage, legal work and completion.
Property Investment Consultant
Almira is the main point of contact between our investment consultants and clients, keeping communication clear and the purchase process seamless from first enquiry onwards. She is in her final year of Building Construction Engineering at the University of Bologna, and brings experience in construction project management and engineering coordination.
Property Consultant
Currently completing a master's degree in architecture at Oxford Brookes University, Su brings an architect's perspective to property consultancy. Drawing on the local insight that comes from living in the UK, she helps clients — particularly those planning to invest or build a new life in England — identify the right location and the right project. By listening closely to what each client needs, she aims to deliver a service that is trustworthy, transparent and solution-focused.
